March 2021
BSP Upgrades
With the added ADA price, the transaction volume is also increased, to handle the new volume all BSP nodes are upgraded and our network reworked.
A second internet connection is added, and we enable power outage protection to get from 99% to 99.99% uptime. -
September 2020-Current
CSPA is Created.
Along with a handful of other pools we start working on the creation of CSPA. Aiming to create the Cardano Ecosystem that we all dream off.
My contribution is making the Website and Registration process of CSPA. -
July 2020
BSP Launched
In July of 2020 BSP was launched on the first day of the mainnet!
All systems are running smoothly! -
June 2020
BSP Prepares for the Shelly Launch
During June I was able to start pools on the ff and shelly testnets, a new cold storage encrypted system was created to guaranty secure operation of BSP, and a new detailed monitoring system is deployed that works with the Haskell nodes.

The BSP Cardano Staking Calculator is Launched
Staking can be complicating.
After some research, I discovered that people are searching for a staking calculator, to better understand the profitability from staking on Cardano.
A week later and the BSP Cardano Staking Calculator is now LIVE ! -

The Face Of BSP Is Updated
Running all these awesome hardware and software is worth nothing, if delegators see an antiquated website that looks like it belongs in 1999. So I learned Bootstrap and this new page was created.

The Commander Is Hardened In Battle
After getting some slots it was finally time to test and refine the Commander system.
It was a rough start getting only 33% performance on day 1, and then 66% performance on day 2. Since Day 3 the commander has given BSP a near 100% performance. -

The Scout Regement Is Launched
With all these incredible systems, it was ime to put the BSP systems to the test. A new staking pool was created with 0% fees as an introduction gift to the Cardano community and was given the name “The Scout Regiment”! Its goal clear, scout ahead and pave the way for the brothership!

The Beast Is Set Lose
Since the first priority is Security, bare metal is the only acceptable configuration for BSP. To ensure BSP will be sustainable long term, a 12 core Thread Ripper System was created that offers huge margins for improvements and upgrades, no matter what the network requirements may become.

The First infrastructure created for BSP was the monitoring system.
Having no experience in web technologies, I spent the holidays learning several technologies. The result is a real time unedited monitoring system.
